Lloyd McDonald is a dedicated, results oriented, relationship builder with more than 20 years’ experience as a sales and thought leader. Throughout his career, Lloyd has looked for opportunities to create value for his clients, drawing on his vast industry relationships and expertise in the Financial Services and Private Equity sectors.  

Prior to joining Avenue Asset Management, Lloyd was one of the early pioneers of the Exempt Market Dealer industry (EMD) when it became regulated in 2010.  Lloyd is a leader in the industry having built a successful EMD sharing his talents for facilitation and public speaking at events across Canada. 

Lloyd lives in Calgary, Alberta with his wife Ayana who shares his passion for travel, great food, and new experiences.  

Randy Beaudoin, CIM (VP National Sales)

Randy Beaudoin has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry coming from a background in progressive administration and sales. He spent 13 years at Talvest Fund Management previously, where he rose to become Vice President of Sales for Western Canada, before guiding Marquest Asset Management (Pathway Asset Management) as Vice President of Sales. 

Randy currently leads Invico Capital Corporation as Vice President of National Sales. As a lifelong learner, Randy completed a Chartered Investment Management (CIM) designation and continues to build his professional knowledge.
